Three Months Update and Still Growing

Hello Team

Yesterday we were exactly three months old. I had no idea at the time that I started about what a roller coaster ride this would all be. We have had a lot of ups and a few smaller downs, but the team is growing each day and we are now over 100 strong!!

I am still getting a lot of questions about when people will be cycling. I am doing the placing of new sign ups in the order in which the sponsors signed up, but rather than concentrating on one matrix at one time tend to take about five or six at the same time, so that if there is a delay with one matrix we are not holding back all the other sign ups at the same time. The main source of frustration remains the people who do not receive their welcome email from 4x1 Fortune and are in 'limbo land'. It can take one or two weeks before 4x1 sort the problem, and unfortunately that is entirely beyond my control and very frustrating for the sponsor, the new sign up and me.

Rafael has made some new splash pages which are absolutely wonderful and he has altered the links in the trackers so that they will now automatically be replaced by the new splash pages.

The Traffic Exchange is growing and is a very active one when you look at the daily surf numbers and the number of URLs. When you compare your TE to some other TEs that have similar number of members, you will see what I mean.

I need to open a post on the Ning about what to do with the Ning, since the creators of the Ning network say that as from July the Ning will no longer be free. Do we as a team feel the Ning is worth keeping and paying for, or do we find another way to have a place where we can share information.

Each day we are getting at least two enquiries from people wanting to join, sometimes more. Not all of those people turn into sign ups in the end, but on the whole the team is growing well - although we have lost some members to other opportunities. Eventually the 'lost' members will cycle, because of the way the matrix fits together, and maybe they will then rejoin us.

Please continue your advertising, it is obviously working and I think the new splash pages will draw attention to us all again.

The Matrix With A Heart

So, we started this little team a few weeks ago to enable people to finally start earning money on the internet, with team support and team advertising, and most importantly with our philosophy of Paying It Forward. It soon became apparent however that not all people would be in a financial position to pay it forward for a personal referral at the time that the referral became available for them. But we are committed to the idea that people who spend their time advertising for the team, should also be able to have personal referrals. We had to find a solution.

Enter : THE MATRIX WITH A HEART

We have started our own 3x6 forced matrix. This matrix is a present from a team member to the team, and is being run by that member and by me. All profits made by the administration of the matrix are used as a fund to lend money to team members who need the finances to pay it forward for a personal referral, on condition the money is paid back when they get their first payment from the company. At the same time the matrix is already earning some of our members a profit and a lot of our members their money back. This will continue to improve when we open up the next stage of our plan, which at the moment we are working on.

Membership of the matrix is of course not compulsory, the fee is $4.00 per month, the compensation plan can be seen here.

A forced matrix is the ideal matrix structure for a team because although you do get 40 cents for personal referrals as a sign up bonus, the actual matrix fills from left to right and from top to bottom, so everyone will receive three sign ups before the matrix moves on and places three sign ups under the person who joined after them, and then returns to the left of the matrix and start the process again. People who normally cannot recruit are now finding that they are getting people placed below them as a consequence of team effort - which is of course the whole ethos of our team in the first place.

We work as a team, we earn as a team.

The members who are already in profit are saying that they will be using part of their profits to open further accounts below the people at the bottom, so that they too will be starting to build their down lines.

If you are not in the matrix yet, I would advise that you get in sooner rather than later, because we may well see a much increased growth in the matrix when part II of our plan starts, later this month or early April.

In the main program so far 20 people have now cycled out of their first bronze matrix, one person out of their third bronze matrix, several people out of their second bronze (which is not paid remember) and several members have one or two people in their first silver matrix. We are getting sign ups every day, and although there can be a delay whilst finding the next sponsor for a new member, most new members are happy to be with us. Of course there are always impatient types who become rude when writing to us, but hey, we will just let that slide because maybe they simply did not understand the truly unique nature of the team you have all become.

Keep rocking team, we are DOING it :)

Of Trials and Triumphs

Today we are in business for three whole weeks. Currently we have 64 signed up members and another three or possibly four waiting to sign up. Ten people have completed their first matrix, ten members have received matching bonus payments for their personal referrals' cycling and we are within a couple of new members (hopefully later today) for the 11th person in the group to cycle.

There are several people completing their second bronze matrix (unpaid) and some of us are in the third bronze and first silver matrix now. This will take a bit more to complete but the pay-out when it does come is much better (refer to other post in this blog)

There have been some trials.

The main one of these has been that a few times new sign-ups have not received their welcome emails and their referral links. This is terribly frustrating for the new member and for their sponsor, and has led to daily emails to 4x1 Support to get the issue sorted as soon as possible. I do not want people to 'drop down' in the matrix behind people who signed up after them - it is not fair on the person signing up and not fair on the sponsor either.

However, currently everyone who has signed up has their referral link and management at 4x1 are aware of the existence of our team and have promised full co-operation with us. They like what we are doing :) They have however asked that people open a Gmail account before they sign up, because many of the other providers do not reliably pass on the welcome email.

Other frustrations relate to communication. I have started a Ning for us all, and in theory all the information people need should be in there, but it should be read from start to finish, so that everyone knows where the advertising resources are, where to advertise their other opportunities, not to ever put URLs in chat but post them in the relevant section or send a pm to the member requesting the URL. At the moment I receive at least three or four emails every day from paid up members requesting information that is already freely available in the Ning.

Another trial was trying to marry up the new sign up with their sponsor, and organizing that the finance was sent to the new member so that they could sign up. This mainly relates to the different time zones we work in. That has now been sorted, and new members now are signed up directly from the sponsor's link by the sponsor him/herself. This has made the process much faster and smoother until now and I want to thank Claire for suggesting this new way of signing up.

Enough of the trials, what about the triumphs?

There have been triumphs:))

We have grown from three people to 64 people in exactly three weeks, i.e an average growth of 21 new members each week. There has not been a day yet when we have not received a sign up, and a couple of days we had seven or eight new people joining us.

Some people who have never been paid out of a matrix have been paid out, and I quote :

Hey Louise!!! Yes! I cycled, wow, its unbelievable, I actually cycled, for the very first time in a matrix I actually cycled!! Yipeee... ok ok, let me calm down. What do I do now?

We have a group of people who are working well together and are giving advice on the Ning and in the Skype chat-room. Some of you are staying up all night to deal with enquiries and help new members, you and I both know who you are, and it is much appreciated.

There is a real buzz when you talking with people on-line and helping them towards earning for the first time, or if not the first time, maybe faster than they have ever earned before.

The company has not missed a pay run since we started this group, and every Friday there is real excitement when people get paid directly into their AlertPay account.

I believe this team can grow and grow. I would like to see us all paid very quickly, but at the same time I am really happy with the rate at which we are growing. If we were to grow much faster, the administration might become a bit more of a trial, but I daresay we will deal with it as and when it happens.

I want to thank you all for being in this place with me and for making it work. Let's just keep on advertising advertising and then maybe some more advertising.

Thank you Fortune Team, you are great.

Week 2 Completed :)

Wow Team, you really are on fire now. This week we nearly doubled in size and have nearly 50 members. Yesterday we had eight sign ups (so far that is the record for a 24 hour period) and this morning early already two new sign ups. At this rate we will be getting to 100 before our first month is over.

The Pay It Forward system is working well, just minor problems when someone uses a credit card to pay on AlertPay, please note that the commission charged to the receiver is higher and so you need to read the post on the Ning to make sure you know how much to send.

Rafael and Johan have done excellent work on the advertising materials and also on advertising venues and we have not had a day yet where we have not received at least two sign ups.

Please keep advertising and I will try to appoint new people as soon as possible to your matrix.

My house is now looking like an Air Traffic Control centre with blackboards and post it notes everywhere and every morning when I log into our email account I get a genuine thrill when I see the new people waiting to join us.

Keep going team, together we WILL make it.

Post Your Good News Here

This post was suggested by a team member, who thinks it would be good if everyone who has been paid could confirm they have been paid.
So I will start the ball rolling.
In my first week with PIF I was paid $30.00 for completing my own matrix.
In my second week I was paid $33.00 for the matching bonuses on my three personal referrals.
The money appeared in my AlertPay account on Friday evening on both occasions. I did not have to request pay out, it happens automatically.

Today I have earned another $11.00 because my final personal referral has just completed her first bronze matrix.

I now have my third bronze matrix and my first silver matrix started.

I want to get everyone cycling like mad through the four levels of matrices, so that we get paid every week.

We Are One Week Old Now

Hello everyone

It is exactly one week ago now that I could not sleep and whilst being irritated by that, the idea suddenly came to me to start this group and to just 'do it' rather than think how nice it would be if such a group existed.

At the time I had two personal sign ups, I call them 'my girls' in my mind, and I felt that I wanted all three of us to succeed and make other people succeed at the same time. So I got up and wrote the blog post that started all this.

Here we are, one week later, and we have 30 people in the group. Now I realize 30 people is not that much, certainly not in terms of the number of people who work on the internet, but it is a ten-fold increase, and we have only just begun.

It has been a steep learning curve for everyone, I still need to learn to use my super duper Auto Responder, and I am sure I will master it eventually :) I also need to learn to design banners, and more important, how to post them. The list of things to do is endless, but at the end of each day I go to bed exhausted and exhilarated in equal measure.

Three of the group have completed their first matrix, number four is nearly there and there is movement each and every day. We have our Ning network set up where we can meet each other, swap ideas, make suggestions and generally just discuss strategies. Some people have said we do need properly designed pages, and I agree, though at the same time several people have joined because it is all so home-made and home-spun and not flashy. I guess it all depends on personal preference.

I cannot tell you how excited and happy I am that this whole project is working and is helping people to start earning on the internet. Let's keep it friendly and easy and do the best we can. Above all, let's enjoy the experience of working with others and earning together.

I read this today and I think it sums up how I feel

Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing you will be successful.

I wish you all happiness and please keep doing what you are doing, it is working :) Thank you
